We are currently accepting vendors for Maple Makers Market II, Located in Ottawa, ON! We are curating a collection of Canada’s best and brightest artisans, artists, and crafters to bring everyone an afternoon of aesthetic shopping delight!

We are now looking for Ottawa, Ontario (and local areas) business owners that sell handmade products that reflect what we are trying to bring to our intended patrons. We are limited to 30 businesses to register. We are planning our event launch with two Ontario event promotion companies and Eventbrite to ensure we get the largest turnout possible. :) Once we have our official list of vendors, we can begin advertising the official event flyer, listing all participating businesses and amenities. We are planning to have between 4,500-5,000 in attendance and will work closely with our marketing to get the right patrons in front of the right businesses.

Vendor Booth Fee is $75 for a booth with electrical outlets and $65 for a booth w/out electrical.

VENDOR INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• All participating businesses must have a supply of hand sanitizer (spray or pump) available for both personal and patron usage. We will also have sanitizing stations available for use throughout event. Although face masks are not mandatory, we encourage the use since this is an indoor setting.

• All participating businesses will be provided with two (2) six-foot tables with matching black tablecloths for personal display/use. Two (2) chairs are available for those who require them.

• Each booth space is approximately twelve feet by twelve feet with access to electricity (if paid for). You must bring your own surge protectors in order to have access.

• All participating businesses must arrive by 10:30am on the date of the market. Free vendor parking will be available.

• All participating must be the owner of the business or a direct employee of the business. No MLM based businesses allowed.

• All finished products for sale must be made locally, while some parts of the product(s) can be sourced abroad.
